In Ukraine, there will be penalty points for traffic violations and inform the fines through SMS and email.

Poroshenko signed a law that provides for the introduction of automatic shooting and video fixation violations of traffic rules.

Ukrainian drivers again expect "chain letters" about violations of traffic rules and the whole system of penalty points.

 

Experts call the innovations in terms of reducing the amount of fines, the automation of accounting and simplify payment positive, but noted a number of problems in the new reform.

To fix a violation of traffic rules will be possible with the help of automated systems and video recording of and photo. The first stage of the reform involves the installation of cameras on the roads in 2000.

Responsible for the violation in this case is solely the owner of the car, which is defined by the CLP.

The law provides for information to within a month the owners of vehicles that are registered to them. This should help those who are not focused, whether it is the legal owner of any car or not.

Receipts for fixed violations will arrive to the address of car owners with the attached photo - or video evidence.

The owner of a car will be time for to realize he was driving the car at the time of the violation, or other person to whom the car passed. Everyone will have the right to appeal this decision in court.

Each driver will be charged every year on 150 points. In the case of fixing violations of traffic rules in an automatic mode the total number of points deducted offender penalty points.
